Commercial and business performamnces We evaluate data from our contract and business partners, e.g. customers and interested parties (in summary called “business partners”) in the frame of contractual, comparable and other legal relationships as well as all related measures and in the frame of communication with the business partners (or pre-contractually), for instance to reply inquiries.These data are evaluated to fulfill our contractual duties, to secure our rights and for the purpose of administrative tasks associated with this use as well as the commercial organization. In the frame of the valid right the data of the business partners are forwarded to third parties only if it’s necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, to fulfill statuary duties or with the acceptance of the business partner (e.g. to participating providers of telecommunication, transport and other assistance services as well as sub-entrepreneurs, banks, tax and legal consultants, payment service providers or tax authorities). The business partner will be informed by this Privacy Policy if the data are used for further purposes such as Marketing.The business partner will be informed through labelling (e.g. colours) or by symbols (e.g. stars etc.) or personally which data are necessary for the abovementioned objectives prior or in the frame of the data collection, for instance by online forms.We delete data after the legal retention period have expired and other comparable duties, basically after 4 years, except, for instance, the data are stored in a customer account and have to be stored according to the legal requirements for archiving business documents (e.g. in case of tax duties about 10 years). Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in “server log files”.

These data will not be combined with data from other sources.

Contact form

Should you send us questions via the contact form, by e-mail, telephone or via social media, we will collect the data entered on the form or e-mail, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission. The user data may be stored in a Customer-Relationship-Management System (“CRM System”) or any comparable system.

Ww delete the data when they are not necessary anymore. All two years we review the need for continued storage. The legal provisions regarding mandatory archiving apply.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
